Our carefully planned community features sidewalks, streetlights, off- street parking and a guest parking area, curbs, town water and sewer, natural gas, town police and fire protection, on-site management, and a 12-acre public park.. In addition we have a wonderful community building with a large meeting room, exercise room with exercise equipment, billiard room, card room, fully equipped kitchen, and screened-in porch. Perhaps most importantly, our land-lease format and on-site management ensures that our community aesthetic guidelines will be met and homes will be well-kept not just today, but in the future as well.
Bon Ayre is a manufactured home community established under the guidelines of the Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995 (HOPA). Under this federal law, at least 80% of the residents must be 55 years of age or older. Bon Ayre does not allow permanent residents under the age of 18. Naturally, grandchildren are permitted to visit. Community Photo Gallery (Select Image to view)

"Bon Ayre is a lovely community with a rural setting but yet has all the conveniences of big city living -- shopping centers, malls, medical facilities, hospitals, all of which are so important to a senior climate. And the community is a perfect size, where neighbors look out for one another."
